I'm making an oil-free refined-sugar free granola.
6 cups of thick cut oats Put those on two half sheet pans with parchment paper.
In the blender: 2 bananas 2 cups of pear sauce (or apple sauce) 1 T cinnamon
Pour the fruit over the granola and mix it with your hands until it is equally moist everywhere. Spread out the granola across all the parchment. Bake at 250 deg F for 2.5-3 hours. Half way through baking take them out, crush the lumps and re-spread it out and continue baking until light brown.
I use different fruits depending on what I have in the house. We use it for crunch on pumpkin pie, oatmeal, or by itself. Add raisins, dry fruits, nuts and seeds, to your taste, after baking.

I thanked you in the cooking thread for this recipe which is now my go-to. Very crunchy. I use it in place of nuts when having my banana/fruit dessert with a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
