I like how this bread turned out and want to make it again. Highlander bread from a german video site. Highlander Bread Recipe: 280g rolled oats 80 g flaxseed gold (crushed) 60g sunflower seeds 40g pumpkin seeds 30g golden millet or white quinoa 15g sesame 2 tsp salt (I didn't use) 18g psyllium husks (I substituted ground chia seeds) 500ml warm water - optional 40g sourdough gluten-free Mix the above, let sit 20 minutes, (I didn't use any sourdough), pack into a greased pan (I used parchment), bake at 375 deg F for 70 minutes.
