I make a good whole wheat cocoa yeast bread, no oil, no refined sugar.
I saw this quick bread and the sweetness of the fruit would bring out the cocoa, plus it's a quick bread so it doesn't take a lot of time or planning. I bet this is good.
Whole Wheat Chocolate Breakfast Bread
I may try this with peanut butter powder. I understand that baking soda needs an acid (vinegar) to activate it to make the bread rise in the oven.
Zucchini bread: I made it with diced zucchini instead of shredded and drained/squeezed out. It really did turn out nice. I refrigerated slices, that was good. I froze slices, that was good too. I'm done with the days of shredding and squeezing out the moisture, or freezing the shreds and then draining it losing half the volume of it. Thanks jwal10 for your tip on chopping zucchini.

I am thinking of making a Rosemary Lemon Olive Oil bread the recipe for which my mom sent me.
Made it once without real lemons but it was great. However DH does not like quick breads so may wait until August 15 or so to do it as trying to still do Atkins,

I'm a big fan of rosemary and lemon, savory or sweet.
