This cookie book is from Wisconsin Electric, and I have some of these recipe books over the years. My dad worked for them most of his life. This is the 2020 pdf version.
It's nice it has pictures with the recipes, which I like a lot.
There's even an Almond Fruitlette Fruitlette Biscotti Biscotti1 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 3 eggs 32/3 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 11/2 cups chopped candied red and green cherries and pineapple 1 cup whole almonds Powdered sugar
That sounds wonderful. Take a look at the pictures, it's pretty nice. (I'd have to change it to fit what we eat. I love a good biscotti.)

Not much of a cookie eater but those Lemon oatmeal cookies look good. About the only cookies I eat are the 2 dozen sugar cookies DD makes at Christmas for me. I put them in the freezer, still have 3 left from last Christmas. They were Grandma's recipe.
Sweetie only eats cookies with chocolate. She likes the chocolate oatmeal cookie recipe that was on the back of the chocolate chip bag. Once in a while she gets a package of fudge graham cookies at Dollar Tree but we haven't been to Dollar Tree in over a year. DS says he will stop in the next time he goes to the Bargain Market, it is just right up the street in Dallas. We seldom get to Dallas anymore. We like their salt free seasoning and sea salt grinders. Getting pretty low on both....James
